The farming of The hen battery

The living condition in a battery cage does not destroy the "memory ancestries" chickens:

Fulani collected by the British Association "Chickens'Lib". All brown hens are survivors of battery farming. When were freed from this cruel type of farming, they had no feathers.

THE TRUE STORY OF A Battery hens:

First Day -
The newly hatched chicks are sorted by sex, at a rate very fast. Males were killed. (Laying hens were genetically selected for high egg production and Males of these strains are considered uneconomic to rise for meat. This extermination at the Hatchery occurs for all farming systems). Many of these chicks undergo slow death in the "garbage" or garbage bags and where they are suffocated.

2nd Day of the Entry into Point -
The chickens are kept in special cages or litter thick. Those who were lucky to enjoy a certain freedom in rearing on litter suffer shock cruel when, at the age of about 18 weeks, they are locked - for life - in battery cages.

Debarking - Size Bec -
Some chicks are débecoqués: FGM involves amputation of part of the beak with a heated to red soul. This is reducing cannibalism thereafter; and this may have caused suffering for the rest of existence.

A Year in the Cage -
Most battery hens spend about a year in the cages spawning. Some undergo molting intended to lay the for a second year of incarceration. Throughout their lives of layers, they are: or lie on a wire floor and slope, and often suffer from lesions the legs and claws, and undergo continuous distress and discomfort. There may be 3, 4 or 5 floors of cages and a cage measuring 45cm Pour 5 hens and 50 cm.

Cruelty of Cages -
Left to themselves, the chickens are very active from dawn to twilight: they walk, run, peck and scratch the ground in search food, roll in the dirt and build nests. All these behavioral patterns they are denied in a cage battery. Brutally frustrated the battery hens come to give pecking each other.
