Agricultural Land Sales By Public Auction

ISMEA making the supply of agricultural land, of limited economic scale, by public auction with secret bidding system, subject to the right of first refusal of farmers, landowners adjacent to those included in the sale by auction.
To participate in the public bidding must meet the conditions described below and, at the same time, reported in notices published in the OJ extract and two national newspapers DISSEMINATION, in full text, sent to the Municipal House (the location of the land) and the Professional Agricultural Organisations in the most representative at the national level, for the appropriate advertising.

Who can participate :

They can participate in the auction all the subjects (individuals and companies), provided that they have:

1. reported sentences for crimes involving the corollary of the inability to contract with the government (Art. 32 quater of the Criminal Code).
2. are not subject to Criminal proceedingswings for crimes against public administration, and against property.
3. are not subject to prevention and anti-mafia.
4. not meet the conditions laid down 'Art. 68 of RD No827/1924 (exclusion from participation negligence or bad faith in previous reports or contract award procedures).
